Delivery Information
We offer delivery across mainland UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and stock availability.
Larger orders (such as flooring and pallet deliveries) will be sent via trusted courier partners who specialise in handling flooring materials. You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. For bulk or trade orders, please contact us at sales@urbanflooringcompany.co.uk for a custom delivery quote.
Delivery Access
Please ensure that the delivery address provided allows suitable access for large vehicles, as many flooring orders are delivered on pallets. Deliveries are kerbside only, meaning drivers are not obligated to carry goods inside properties.
If access is restricted, please inform us before delivery — we’ll do our best to make suitable arrangements.
Damaged or Missing Items
All goods are checked carefully before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@urbanflooringcompany.co.uk with photos and your order number.
We will investigate promptly and arrange replacements or refunds where appropriate.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or access issues, a redelivery charge may apply. Please make sure someone is available to accept delivery during normal business hours.
