🧾 Refund & Returns Policy – Urban Flooring Company Ltd

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Urban Flooring Company Ltd.
If you change your mind, you may return unopened and undamaged packs of flooring or accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returns

  • Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

  • Opened or part-used packs cannot be accepted for return due to handling and storage standards.

  • Returns must be arranged by contacting our team at sales@urbanflooringcompany.co.uk before sending anything back.

  • Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
